Just a quick reminder to everyone:
Please wait for me to contact you to let you know when your dog is ready for pick up, or if you show up early, please wait in your car for me to wave you in, especially if you see me in the window grooming your dog. Your dog is going to get excited if you come in and it makes it very difficult for me to calm them down to finish grooming him/her in a timely matter.

Good afternoon everyone.
After a little bit of thought I have decided that starting April 1, 2023 there will be an immediate $50 deposit required at the time of the booking for each grooming appointment booked with me(excludes nail trim appointments). This deposit can be dropped off to me or sent through e-transfer and is to be PAID IN FULL within 24 hours of the appointment being made. If it is not paid within that 24 hours, your spot will be given to someone else. This deposit will be taken off of your grooming fee the day of the appointment. If for any reason you or I are unable to make it to the appointment (given notice), your deposit will be transferred over to your next visit. If you miss the appointment without providing 24 hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
I want to thank all my loyal customers for the continued support while making this decision.

2 missed appointments today and 1 missed last week…. I’m asking everyone to please be respectful! My bills come in the mail, they’re never late, and have to be paid by a certain day of every month… when you miss an apt I don’t get paid, I miss that income and it cannot be replaced. I can’t take sick leave, or paid vacation. Please remember this.
So as of today I have changed the fee for missed appointments. The fee is now $50 for any missed appointment providing there was a 24 hour notice not given.
Please be kind & respectful of businesses and self employed individuals.

I’ve had quite a few no shows in the last couple of weeks! I realize the weather is beautiful and many are spending their days outside. Please be respectful, especially these days, and call to rebook or cancel your appointment so it will allow someone else to use your appointment. Like everyone, I also have bills to pay too so I depend on my clients and their fur babies to show up for their appointments. Just a reminder as well, there is a $30 no show fee that will be added to your next visit.
