It meant the world to me to connect with so many of you. I made so many friends during my rabbitry journey.
I won’t be getting back into rabbit for years if ever,
I started a new venture into invertebrates/exotics, primarily jumping spiders.

I got to spend the day with ! This baby is out of Riverbend’s Hali and Riverbend’s peppercorn. The sweetest and cutest little Jasper grand baby. I can’t wait to see how Pilgrim acres Panda turns out! As well as all the other cuties 💜 follow her page!

Introducing Gaia

Blue flemish giants are rare in Canada with only few select breeders working with them, I'm very fortunate to have her joining the family.

She's currently 9 months old but due to being on vacation still we don't have a current weight on her, however both her parents are over 15lbs so we expect big things from this doe in the future !

As most of you already know, I have closed my rabbitry doors for the foreseeable future. However one of my close friends has taken on a large portion of my rabbitry program including Vienna/bew, harlequin, chocolate, blue, lilac, otter, and brokens. She raises them with litter boxes and a lot of love/socializing! I am putting my feelers out there for a home for Orchard Bliss Poutine. He’s an amazing buck; he’s produced awesome babies for me and he’s just the best guy. Reason for posting him is just because I’m slowly shrinking my lionhead program. I’ve worked really hard on it, and I love my bunnies so much, but there are less homes right now. I don’t think it’s ethical of me to breed bunnies when people can’t afford them/aren’t ready for them. I don’t plan to stop breeding completely right now. But I am going to be posting a few retiring adults for a while until I have a herd of 3-4 rabbits.

There are some adults retiring from my program (1-2 years old and so lovely and deserving of forever homes) and one little baby (opal)

Riverbend’s Sandy cheeks had 2 babies a couple days ago, but we don’t have any immediate plans to breed anyone else as we are slowly downsizing to only keep a couple of does. I will make a few update posts in the coming months

This is Riverbend’s Iceage. He’s a snowballed blue buck out of Riverbend’s Blueberry and Riverbend’s Peppercorn. I think he’s a huge improvement on his dad, he’s almost a mini blueberry!

I just wanted to post this because I’m thinking about it, and I might delete it later. But this is Jasper now, and the second slide is his Kijiji photo! Then the 3rd and 4th slides are when I first brought him home. Thankfully I knew his breeder and knew how beautiful he could be with a loving home and a good diet. Now he’s back to his bright eyed self, and his fluffy b***y. And here are some of his gorgeous children and grand children. He’s done so much for me, and my lionhead breeding program. I love l project Jasper. I’m so thankful to Christina and Beth for bringing him into my life. And I’m so happy that other families are blessed with their own small piece of Jasper 🥹 I can’t wait to see what the future holds for project Jasper. My life is so full of love 💕

She is an ottered blue harlequin split with blue eyes. Momma is Whimsy and dad is Riverbend’s Peppercorn 💕 Hoping to use her to improve my Vienna/bew program. She’s a colour that I love a lot.

This fluffy lady is Riverbend’s Hali, she’s out of Nanaimo bar and CCL’s Jasper, and I hope to breed her to Poutine and Riverbend’s Peppercorn someday 💕 I really like a lot of her features but I don’t love that she has a chewed bib 😅

This litter is out of Riverbend’s Salt shaker and Poutine. Same parents as Riverbend’s Sandy cheeks. I’m definitely watching a couple of these cuties 💕
