12 white leghorn hens up for discussion. 2 years old. Very friendly.
No longer laying everyday, getting approx 5 eggs a day.
Raising a new flock and no longer want the leghorns.

Years ago we owned a standard bred mare named Nico. She was never fast enough for the race track so we rescued her into our ‘home’.

Here she is with her baby boy, she is a good and protective mama ❤️

We had a very excited visitor today here at the farm! Arya pet and gave treats to the goats and chickens and even rode Bella! Future cowgirl right here 🤠

Happy long weekend everyone, from our babies of the farm!

We recently added some colour into our flock, thanks to North Kingdom Poultry!
They hatched us some beautiful laying/meat chickens.

Sometimes Cecil can be naughty. When he is, he gets the pool noodles on. The second picture is how he feels about it. 😂

(In no way does this hard him, it protects the our other goat Billy and us from being jabbed).
