I am booking for the next few weeks!
I will be going to the following areas but do not have set dates yet:

- Perth/Smiths Falls/Westport
- Kingston/Joyceville
- Belleville/Tweed/Madoc
- Picton/Prince Edward County

Prices are dependent upon a few things:
- location
- number of animals
- type of animals
- condition of hooves

I have experience with quite a few different issues including hoof rot, hoof scald, laminitis (in goats), and severely overgrown hooves.

I trim goats, sheep, lamas, alpacas, and mini pigs

Unfortunately I do not trim cattle

I have 3 Rideau mix sheep (2 ewes, 1 ram) looking for a new pasture. They're on the smaller side, 1 ewe is last years baby, the other 2 are this years. (Napanee). Will entertain trades for ?? For the sheep

I also have 2 doe goats, mom and 7mo baby, mom is sanaan/boer, doelings half alpine. (Westport or Napanee)

I also have another client looking to rehome 3 sanaan does, with 1mo kids in Wi******er.

Offering hoof trimming (any size flock/herd), or shearing (under 5 ish animals) for sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, and mini pigs this week while I'm in the North Bay area (until friday).

I run Al's Hoof Trimming and have 5 years professional experience, and 15+ years experience on my own animals.

I have experience with hoof rot (and the scarring from it), hoof scald, overgrown hooves, laminitis (in goats/sheep), and just regular maintenance trims.

I will tentatively be starting back up again for small amounts of animals, for shearing and hooves!

For now it is only within an hour and a half of NAPANEE mainly. I won't be making any big trips dedicated to trimming right now but if I'm already going to be in the area I will post on here, and/or message you directly.

I will more than likely have an apprentice with me, as well as more than likely have my baby with me - so please be patient as I figure out how to work with a young baby.

We are welcoming a little helper in April 2023!

Unfortunately this means that until further notice, I will not be doing hooves for the safety of the little one - and this is also the reason I have been turning down jobs!

I will continue doing hooves locally (an hour or so from Napanee) after the baby is born, but I'm unsure when I'll be able to travel to the other side of Toronto to do them again

For the ones that already knew this, thank you for being so understanding!

Im sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but if you need hooves done, send me a message and I will send you some contacts of other people I know that are doing this!

Making a trip again! Going in the KITCHENER direction (from kingston) on January 16/17/18 (sunday/monday/tuesday) but don't have a route set up yet, so stops anywhere are a possibility!

So far I'm planning on being in the Hamilton/kitchener/guelph areas

I can trim goats, sheep, mini pigs, mini ponies, llamas, and alpacas

Prices vary depending on amount of animals, type of animal, severity of the hooves, and location
