While our family did baked nachos last night, this one is also one great for rotation.
Here are some ideas for great tasting taco cups:
- Proteins: shredded chicken, beef, pork, fish, steak
- Carbs: cooked rice, quinoa, beans
- Fats: Toppings - diced avocado, cheese, plain Greek yogurt, sour cream
- Veggies - sautéed onions, peppers, shredded lettuce, salsa
1️⃣ Start by microwaving your corn or flour tortillas 20 seconds or until soft.
2️⃣ Carefully place tortillas in a non-stick sprayed cupcake pan as shown - It’s okay if they tear a little bit, the ingredients on the bottom will set.
3️⃣Build your taco cups to your liking
4️⃣Bake the cups at 350 for about 10 min, remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese (optional), add avocado and continue baking until cheese melts.
These are great to customize to your macros while still making these for the family.
