Over the past four wonderful years, it has been an honor to care for your pets. During this time, our service rates have remained unchanged, even as travel and operational costs—such as gas, accommodations, and other expenses—have steadily increased.
As a solo, independent service provider, I am dedicated to traveling throughout Ontario and the East Coast to ensure that more pets have access to the quality care they deserve. This commitment comes with unique costs that are integral to maintaining the high standards of safety and service that our clients value.
After careful consideration, I am making a necessary adjustment to our pricing to reflect these realities. I understand that changes can be challenging, and I deeply appreciate the trust you place in us to provide exceptional care for your beloved pets.
