that 148 years ago today osteopathy was discovered? After years of practice, on June 22, 1874, Dr. A.T Still became wholly confident in the principles of a healing science based on the universal truths of nature. His desire to find real answers to the causes of sickness and health arose from personal tragedy, as he was unable to save the lives of his four children and wife with conventional medicine of the 19th century.

The Provincial Government has changed the masking and prescreenning requirement for healthcare settings. It is no longer required to do either. I would prefer if patients continue to mask during treatment for several reasons. We are in close proximity during treatment, I treat patients who are vulnerable, immuno-compromised, elderly or patients who are caregivers for this population.
Thank you. 💗

Mask mandate and Prescreening continues for Elements Osteopathy.

Happy World Osteopathy Day!

"On June 22d, 1874, I flung to the breeze the banner of Osteopathy. . . Her threads are stronger to-day than when the banner was first woven. Her colors have grown so bright that millions now begin to see and admire and seek shelter under her protecting folds from disease and death." Andrew Taylor Still, Autobiography.

Great News! Through the amazing effort of my professional association (OOA), Osteopathic Practitioners have been recategorized from Personal Care to Health Care and Social Services. This means we are able to open in stage one. I will be opening back up starting Monday June 21st. I am excited to be able to help you with your healthcare needs!

The Government announcement today states “personal care” can work in Phase 2. This means as an Osteopathic Practitioner I can possibly start treating patients again sometime in mid July. I cannot express how disappointed I am that as healthcare professionals we are again left off the essential list and cannot help patients that are suffering during this time.
