I graduated from the Haileybury campus of Northern College with a dual diploma in Veterinary Assistant and Animal Grooming in May of 2008. I strive to give your dog the absolute best grooming experience possible, with the love and care I would give my own :)
I use all natural products that are tailored to the needs of your dog to help maintain healthy skin and coat.

Well it’s official!! As of Tuesday I’m allowed to get back to work! 🎉

I’m sure you’re all just as excited about this news as I am, but I just ask that you please bare with me over the next few days. I will be going over all the cancelled appts and schedules to see where everyone is at. I will be contacting each of you ASAP with new dates, or to let you know if we can just pick up your schedule that’s already been booked in if it’s within a reasonable time from reopening.

Thank you for your patience and support through all of this, it really means a lot. I’m looking forward to seeing you and your pups soon!! ❤️

Unfortunately we didn’t get the announcement we were all hoping for today. Reopening has been pushed back until at least the 16th, and the only exceptions for grooming are emergency grooms/nail trims only (ie. to prevent the immediate need of a vet).

Thank you all for being so patient and understanding through this!! I’m looking forward to seeing you and all your pups again soon!!

Unfortunately the lockdown has been extended for another 2 weeks, which means I have to remain closed and all appointments will be cancelled until I can reopen 😔

As per regulations, I will be closed until January 11th. I will be contacting anyone booked during the week of January 4th to reschedule 😊

As I am sure you are all aware, yesterday Ford gave the go ahead for groomers to open next week. I know you are all very excited, and I am too, but it is equally overwhelming.

Since the announcement I’ve been overwhelmed with calls/msgs, and I just ask to please be patient with me. I have many, many schedules to work out, and 9wks of missed appointments to rebook. I haven’t forgotten about any of you, and I will get back to you all but it just may take me a few extra days.

I’m also going to be implementing new protocols that must be followed that will keep us all safe and healthy. I am going to be taking next week to be sure everything is in place, and I am going to plan to open on Monday, May 25th.

Just a reminder to my clients that I am still closed, and unfortunately will remain closed until it is safe to reopen.

I will continue to assess each week and contact those booked within theses times.

To all my valued clients,

Due to the impact and growing concerns of COVID-19, I came to the very difficult decision on Friday that Critter Cutz will be closed for 2 weeks.

I struggled with the decision all week, and although I took many extra precautions, I felt I needed to do what was right and do my part in helping to flatten the curve.

I’ve already contacted most of who were booked in those 2 weeks, and I will be in contact in the next couple days for the remaining who are booked.

I am deeply saddened to have to do this, but feel it’s necessary. I’m hoping to be able to resume business the week of April 6th, but I will reassess closer to then and keep you all informed.
