We are looking for volunteers to help with our Fall session. If you are at least 15 years old and love working with others, then Pride Stables has an unique opportunity for you! We are recruiting horse leaders and side walkers to help with our therapeutic horseback riding lessons. You do not need horse experience. All new volunteers must attend a 2-hour orientation session. If you are interested, then email Amanda at [email protected] for more information and to register for an orientation session.

Looking for a fun activity to close out your summer? Come out to Waterloo Park on Monday, September 2nd from 12-4pm and enjoy a picnic sponsored by the Waterloo Regional Labour Council. Stop by and say hi to us at the Pride Stables table! We will have stickers and coloring sheets as well as information on how to volunteer with Pride Stables. We look forward to seeing you there!

We added another 10 dogs today to the arena! They all look so cute watching the campers get on their horses each day.

For the month of August, for every $25 donation we receive, we will put a dog up in the arena. You can mail your donation to the office or click the link below to make your donation through CanadaHelps. Thanks for you support!

Today is National Non-Profit Day. It's a day to recognize all that non-profits do for a community. There are so many in the Region of Waterloo that rely on volunteers and donations to help make our community a better place to call home. Today is the perfect day to see what you can do to help. Just donating an hour of your time often makes a huge difference.
