š¢ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM US, PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST š¢
FROM ASHLEY:
Dear Valued Clients & Patients,
It is bittersweet that I am writing this. I'm excited, but also sad, to share that Iāll be moving to Northern Ontario (New Liskeard) in July. My last day at Beautifying the Beast will be July 18, 2025. My next chapter will be full of new adventures but leaving all of you and your amazing dogs is by far my hardest goodbye!
I want to thank you for trusting me with your furry family members for the past 13 years. Being your groomer has been such a great joy. I have loved all your dogs as though they were my own and I will miss every wagging tail and wet nose that I have been lucky enough to meet.
But donāt worry, I am leaving your fur babies in GREAT hands; And the best part is, your pups already know her! Rachel, my protĆ©gĆ© for the last 5 years, will be taking over Beautifying the Beast. She will continue to provide the same love and care that youāve come to expect at BTB. I know sheāll do an amazing job! Leaving BTB to Rachel makes my departure easier.
Thank you again for all your love and support over the years. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate every single one of you!

FROM RACHEL:
I am very sad to see Ashley go after working so closely with her for over 5 years. She has been a wonderful mentor. However, I am excited to step up and continue taking care of your pups, making sure they are always looking and feeling their best!
Please be patient with me during this transition. I've got some big shoes to fill given that Ashley was grooming at Beautifying the Beast for so many years. It will take some time for me to adjust to grooming alone. Appointment durations may be slightly longer than you are used to, and it may take me longer to respond to messages, voicemails, and emails.

FROM BTB:
With Ashleyās departure comes change. Since we will have just one groomer, we are going to have to make some changes to how we operate at BTB.
We will be reducing the number of dogs that we are able to groom each day. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to reduce our current client base. We hope to be able to expand again in the future, but right now we are not able to keep up with the current demand. We will notify you within the coming days if we are unable to continue grooming your dog and will provide some recommendations to other salons that are taking on new clients.
Upcoming appointments (especially in July and August 2025) may be subject to change while we try to reduce the schedule. We will not be able to accommodate late drop-offs or pick-ups (unless agreed upon in advance). Additionally, we will not have as much flexibility when rescheduling upcoming appointments, or the capacity to squeeze in appointments at the last minute. Appointments will need to be scheduled in advance.
We appreciate your patience and support as we embark on this new chapter.
