Hi everyone, Rachel here, just thought I should post an update!
It's been almost 4 weeks since Ashley left and I wanted to hop on here and say a huge thank you to everyone for your support and patience. It has been a big transition for me but all the words of encouragement and support have really meant a lot and have definitely helped me, I had some really big shoes to fill!
If you text or email I may be a little slower to respond than before but I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 24-48 hours. Just a reminder that I am closed Wednesdays and weekends so you definitely wont get a response on those days.
I am currently booking into the end of October, I do have a cancellation list for appointments before then but I cant promise I will be able to fit you in, so far I haven’t had any cancellations. It's looking like I will be consistently booked 2-3 months in advance so please keep on top of scheduling your appointments ahead of time as I won’t be able to squeeze any dogs in. There is no limit on how far in advance you can book and you can have as many appontments as you want pre-booked, even into 2026. If you’re looking for a December appointment and can’t find anything online please message me, I have saved some spots from online booking to help keep the schedule more manageable for me.
