Our Story
Welcome to the Platinum Pooch Salon. Our facility is a bright and spacious professional pet grooming salon and pet retail shop in Downtown Kitchener, Ontario. We work with dogs, cats and also exotic pets like parrots and rabbits.
Your pet is always our priority so we have inclusive packages so you don’t have to ‘Upgrade’ each service to get a quality groom; every dog leaves looking their very best! We aim to provide the most positive grooming experience possible by working with your pet calmly and confidently, providing lots of positive reinforcement and going at your pet’s pace. We do not use kennels or cage dryers.
The Platinum Pooch Salon is very passionate about giving back to the community and assisting others, so we offer discounts for service/therapy dogs and owners on Disability and E.I. We absolutely love working with foster and rescue pets and often donate grooming time for pups who are being fostered through local rescue groups.
We love what we do and we want to share that passion with you and your pets! Please feel free to visit with your pup to get a yummy treat, see our facility and say hello!
