Hello everyone, just reminder. Tomorrow is November 1st so I will be taking bookings for 2024! as well I'll be taking on new clients starting tomorrow.
Please feel free to text me. 519-277-5338 Your dates and times that you prefer. And I will do my best to book those. Keep in mind your grooming appointments can take anywhere from an 1hr and 1/2 to 3 hours.
Rabies vaccines need to be up-to-date. And we strongly recommend Bordetella vaccine as well. My appointment start 8 AM in the morning and my last appointment is at 4 PM. If I don't respond to your text please give me a few days to reply if not please send me another message.

As many of my wonderful clients know, booking in advance is ideal for everyone, especially during the busy summer months.
If you have not yet already pre-booked your pets' next few grooming appointments, now is the time!

Most grooming appointments can take up to 3 hours and I don't just groom one dog at a time. Breaks in between bathing, drying and their hair cut are imperative to make a positive experience for your dog, and of course cuddles and a little play time are included too!

Therefore, dropping them off is a requirement and waiting is not recommended, as I cannot guarantee when your pup will be finished. If you must wait, please inform me ahead of time so we can work together to plan.

Please also be aware if the veterinary team at Gateway Pet Hospital has suggested a calming medication for your dog during examinations and procedures, it will be the same requirement for grooming.
We want to ensure the experience is as positive as possible for everyone involved!

Hey everyone it's that time of year again. Flea and tick prevention is strongly recommended to keep those pesky critters out of your home and off your pet!
If your fur baby comes in for grooming and we noticed fleas, we will stop their groom and kindly ask you to come pick your pet up and rebook once prevention in onboard.
If a tick is spotted we will remove it and notify you right away with options to test for tick borne diseases, as well as prevention.
We want to ensure everyone is protected.
