Boy does mom have her hands full! I got called out for Diesel and Titan about how aggressive Diesel has become with Titan. So first we do some muzzle training to ensure we have safety first, and then rehabilitate them so they can play together without start a war. Great work so far to the family for their continued hard work on this difficult situation!

Proud moment that I had to share. I don’t often ask for pictures with my clients dogs, but this gem is worth sharing. Meet Turk, he’s a rescue potcake that was terrified due to the trauma he had before meeting his amazing forever family. This is our second lesson. The first lesson he would only accept treats from me if my back was turned away, this is him snuggling up on the couch. Great work mom and dad, your hard work is building his trust!

Meet Charlee! Mom and dad called to help with general puppy training and although she was on a steroid and peeing every 2 minutes, she still manages to train like a champ! Key tip is don’t press your dog with training. If they are tired, let them rest, it’ll make your training more effective and a lot less frustrating lol.

Meet Coco. She’s a little actor that has been in commercials which is why mom and dad hired me to train her, to ensure she’s calm and behaving with other animals around. Plus mom and dad are expecting so we want to make sure she’s not rushing the door when the many guests come over to see the baby!

Meet Ralph! This is one of those “The Dog Coach Approved” moments!! I was called in by Ralph’s dads as they wanted to make sure that he had great manners and calm with their cat Guinness. By the second lesson, the dads had worked so hard at it that they were scratching their heads on topics for this lesson. After answering a few questions and enjoying watching Ralph play and enjoy puppyhood , I was on my way to the next client!

Meet Tucker. Dad called me about 2 months ago, he’s living with his parents who have a bit of a cranky old Dane, that in which created a bit of aggression towards grandma and the other dog. With hard work grandma is able to be around Tucker without aggression and slowly we are starting to build him to trust dogs again!

Meet Jack (the dog not me). Jack is an attention seeking that uses his bark for every form of communication whether it’s alerting mom and dad that there is a squirrel or he wants a cookie. We are working hard helping him understand that it’s not always about what he wants especially when running outside every 3 minutes! #

Meet phoebe! This big girl has a bit of reactivity when it comes to strangers and showing a bit of aggression with her sister. The whole family is doing their part to get rid of this behaviour, not only to correct her when she is acting up but protecting her when she feels there is danger!
