Our gentle giant Emeric has a sweet spot for little Frosty. Frosty is desperate for affection and Emeric was so willing to give it. It warmed our hearts to see them be so loving toward each other.

Renfield (Neurered male, DOB: August 14, 2023) ~ 476 days in care!!

Handsome Renfield is the last remaining puppy from our "Spooky" litter and we just can't believe he hasn't been scooped up! He can be timid at times but is always a perfect gentleman. His foster home tells us that he is fully house-trained, crate and leash-trained, plays fetch, knows how to sit, and is learning frisbee! Renfield loves other dogs, has lots of fun energy, and loves to run, jump, and pounce. He also loves going to the beach and playing fetch in the water, and would play for hours in the water if he could! If you love to laugh, this dog would be a perfect fit. He is such an amusing goofball.

Can you help us help sweet little Bear (formerly known as Kurt)?! This little man was found abandoned 2 weeks ago with a broken leg. Peace Officers brought him to us for care following obtaining veterinary care for him. We were very fortunate to find a loving foster home for him & he's been doing well. Sadly, he has developed a serious infection that has gone to the bone & his leg now needs to be amputated to give him the best chance for a full recovery.

We have approved proceeding with the surgery, but it will be costly, so if you have a few $$ to spare & would like to donate to his care, please etransfer to [email protected] & indicated "Jack Fund 4 Bear" in the comments field. Any donation over $20 will receive a charitable donation receipt for income tax purposes. We know money is tight these days, especially at this time of year, so any donation, large or small, will be so very appreciated

Vanellope (Spayed Female, est DOB: April 19th, 2024)

You can find sweet Vanelope most times outside in her catio. She loves spending her time in the sunlight and watching birds. She is very good with other cats and kittens, and she is litter-trained. She is a playful girl but she loves to get as many cuddles as she can. If you like to snuggle up in the evenings, she would love to join you!!

Felix (Neutered male, est DOB: April 19th, 2024)

This poor boy didn't come in with a mama, he was sick and hungry when rescued. He loves to run, play, and jump throughout the day, then curl up for snuggles at bedtime. He is wonderful with other cats and kittens, and he loves people! He is litter-trained, sociable, and ready for his forever home!

Bosley (Neutered male, est DOB: March 19, 2024)

This little boy is from our Charlie's Angels litter and came from a colony of 38! He and the other kittens from the litter had sniffly noses and upset tummies at intake, but with meds, and continuous love and care, they are now healthy and ready for their fur-ever homes. Bosley is a shoulder cat, he just loves to be with you, he LOVES cuddles in bed, and he is good with cats and dogs. He is litter-trained and well-behaved. He is currently in the shelter and is patiently waiting for his purr-fect family!

Wyatt (Male to be neutered, est Terrier X, est DOB: May 21, 2024)

This boy is one of the most polite puppies. He is quite calm for the most part and he is super sweet. Also, how can you not love those floppy ears?! He is learning how to walk on the leash and he is mostly potty trained, hardly ever having an accident. He gets along well with all the dogs he has met so far and he has had minimal interaction with cats. He would likely chase them given the opportunity, but with correction, we believe he should get along well with them. He is a smart pup and he is so ready for his forever home!

Strix and Nyra (Females to be spayed, est Pitbull Mix, est DOB October 18, 2024)

These two girls are from the litter of 9 puppies that were brought in to us. They were found in a box in this cold winter weather and rescued. These girls are in foster homes and they are truly enjoying it. They love their toys and they LOVE snuggles. You can already tell they are intelligent and they're doing well with their potty training. They have been good around other dogs and cats so far. They are curious, adventurous, and are ready to go to their forever homes!

This gorgeous giant is Emeric & he is awaiting his furever home! Our PetValu partner in St. Paul collected goodie bags from their amazing patrons for some of our rescues, including Emeric, so his special treats will go with our boy if he is adopted in December! You can see that he's excited about this plan!!

Emeric is a huge but extremely gentle cat who loves riding shoulders! He also loves kids, catnip, toys & treats...we have fallen hard for this boy & know he will be an amazing companion for a lucky person/family ❤️

Barron and Soren (Males to be neutered, est Pitbull Mix, est DOB October 18, 2024)

These are 2 pups from the litter of 9. They were found in a box in this cold winter weather, rescued, and later brought to the shelter.

These boys are in a foster home right now and they are doing super well. They are sweet and such good company to have around. From what we seen when they came into the shelter, Barron is a bit more energetic and playful, and Soren is a bit more laid back. Both enjoy cuddles and love but also like their independence to explore the room. They would make a great addition to a family.

Beezus is the last kitten to be adopted from her litter. She is enjoying life at her foster home right now, but she is eagerly waiting for a forever home. She gets along very well with other cats and kittens, and she is litter-trained! She's a fun cat to have around with her strong personality and her loyalty to her people.

This baby was found on the side of the road with his siblings before they were brought to us! They all needed some TLC when they came in but they recovered so well! He is the last to be adopted and he is eagerly waiting for his forever home. He is playful, happy, sweet, and fun! He would make a wonderful addition to any home.
