We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to support two incredible local rescues during this busy holiday season!

This year, we chose to donate a portion of our spaw packages to Fostering Hope Animal Rescue Foundation, an organization close to my heart, as I’ve had the privilege of adopting from them twice. Additionally, we wanted to lend a hand to a newer organization, The Rescue Collective Foundation, as they begin their journey of helping countless animals in need.

Important Notice: Increased Dog Lice Cases and Changes to Our Cleaning Fee

This year, many shops have seen a rise in dog lice cases. To help prevent the spread, it's essential to be aware of the early signs, which include excessive scratching, biting, or rubbing in infested areas. The best spots to check are the head, ears, neck, base of the tail, and along the body.

We recommend that every dog be on a preventative treatment, especially if they frequent dog parks, doggy daycares, or other facilities where there are multiple dog interactions.

If a dog arrives at our grooming facility with lice, we will need to send them home for treatment. In addition, we are required to deep clean the entire shop, which takes significant time and resources. This process affects our ability to serve other clients promptly and impacts our overall business.

To help cover the increased costs of cleaning sprays and supplies, we will be raising our cleaning fee moving forward.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support in keeping all dogs healthy and safe.

Dear clients,

Apologies for our recent absence on social media – we’ve been working extended hours to accommodate all of our wonderful clients, especially with two of our amazing groomers on maternity leave this October.

Due to our current schedule, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily close our books to new clients. We are fully booked through the end of January. If you are an existing client, please be sure to prebook any grooming appointments for 2025 to ensure your spots are reserved.

We are incredibly grateful for all of our loyal clients and remain committed to giving your fur babies the best care possible 🩷. We'll keep you updated on when we can take on new clients in the future, as we expand our team.
