For the last 14 years Old Friends Canada has proudly stepped up and given horses the second chance they need

We have 20 here at present and about 20 before found their forever homes

People often say how much we fill a huge need

We are having a fundraiser on Oct 5
Our horses need help

Hay is expensive and so is care
We are proud to help all these critters
Please step up and show you care

Dinner, live music, one drink ticket, silent auction

Tickets $80 per person.(This is an adult event) Tickets limited

A huge thank you to LakeCountry Fire department yet once again tonight
A strong lightning storm caused a fire above Meghan’s and Scott’s ranch in Oyama
Wow the LCFD was in there like flies on rice!! You are all just amazing

Old Friends Canada has a donor who has offered 4 gift tickets to our barn dance horse refuge event on Oct 5 for our LCFD members to attend
Anyone like to step up to buy more tickets for LCFD?
You guys and ladies are amazing!!

Meet Luna! This sweet four-year old mare arrived at Old Friends Canada earlier this week and has settled in remarkably well. We are excited to be her new forever home and to watch her be given the opportunity to thrive here at Old Friends Canada.

Looking for something to do on Sunday afternoons? Come out to Lake Country's horse rescue to meet our horses, hear their stories, and experience everything the farm has to offer! We will have weekly tours available on the weekends for the entire summer, with all proceeds going to feeding and caring for our rescues😊
