Welcome to "Sit Stay And Play!"

Our home is all about the Dogs! To us, there is nothing more comforting and relaxing than petting, scratching and loving our dogs! Our free time is often spent cuddling with the animals, usually close to the fireplace or curled up on the couch watching tv.... only once the dogs are tuckered after a good walk or play session of course! Our walks are approximately on

e hour long, unless the weather is uncooperative or age of dogs are a factor. We have 3 fully fenced play yards of varying terrain and obstacles for the dogs to play on and around. Guests must provide treats and food for the length of their stay. No extra charges for RAW, although we ask that it is prepared and packaged into meal-sized servings. (ready to thaw pucks, etc are acceptable.) All Guests are encouraged to bring their beds, favorite toys and leashes. If dogs are used to being crated at home overnight, we do encourage their people to bring their crate along in order to maintain their nightly home routines. Thanks for considering Sit Stay And Play! **Attention**

Our nightly prices will be increasing as of June 1st.

The increase will be $5 per dog, per night and will apply to both of our rate groups.

We have been able to avoid an increase for several years; however we have seen a sizable increase in our coverages, upkeep and costs associated with our current planned improvements for the next couple years.

All Summer stays booked prior to JUNE 1ST will receive 10% off to offset how sudden the price change is coming into effect.

Pending a couple Meet & Greets this weekend, we are fully booked December 20-January 3.

Please note, we do not accept last minute stay requests for new clients without a completed Meet & Greet.

Some dogs may adjust better with a trial overnight or daycare day to settle in prior to a long stay. Booking a Meet and Greet in advance allows us to ensure all dogs are comfortable and happy during their Staycations with us!

**Forever home found** 💜🐾

Ellie is staying with us for the month of September on a Board & Train! She is a 1 year old chocolate Lab

Ellie was a bit sheltered as a young pup and has some fears of new people and situations, especially when there are expectations that she greet or behave like a friendly, overzealous lab puppy that she "should" be. Currently she responds to unwanted advances with barking or lunging as that has worked for her to end interactions in the past. She was never given the opportunity to take her time and gain her own confidence for greetings or simply opt out if she wasn't interested. She relied heavily on dog cues from her canine brother and unfortunately this has resulted in some overprotective behaviors. We are taking the month to expose her to as much "real life" as we can. We are also allowing her time to work through her insecurities without forcing interactions - the goal being to end all new experiences and greetings on a positive note.

Ellie is one of our daycare dogs, and already feels comfortable with us and in our home so her transition has been quite smooth so far. We are really looking forward to watching this girl flourish!

She is looking for a new family, with Meet & Greets booked through us while she is here. Unfortunately, her previous home is also going through a divorce and her Mom is only able to keep one dog. We both believe it is in Ellie's best interest to find an experienced home with an older confident dog, or as an only dog. She needs someone willing to work through her current boundaries and show her how fun life can be!

I am taking a little time for rest and relaxation before another busy Summer!

Summer is currently booking for mid-August!

Christmas 2023 is 1/3 full!

We will also be unavailable for TBA dates in October 2023 and January 15-30, 2024
