We are breeders of the classic style English Springer Spaniel. Our goal is to produce healthy, sound, and capable puppies.

Our puppies are reared in our home, with our family and following Puppy Culture protocols to give them the very best start.

Exciting News... our planned breeding was successful!

There was a lot involved just to make this breeding possible. Aside from the sire being located halfway across the world, we had a challenging experience at the time of breeding and had little hope of it being succesful. So we're even more delighted than normal to have puppies on the way. Here are the parents of this litter:

Last weekend, we decided to make a pregnancy announcement by way of a brief skit.

The video starred Lilly portraying someone fatigued, comfortably dressed in a fuzzy housecoat and wearing a fashionable messy bun. Her character exhibited a ravenous appetite coupled with some unusual cravings. Even as those cravings were indulged, new ones emerged, prompting her to wonder if she was expecting and if she had 'a little Dane in her'. 🇩🇰

We will share more details on this successful breeding soon. For now, we hope you enjoy watching the video as much as we enjoyed making it. Lilly didn't seem to mind the extra treats either.

Aleah x Frodo litter (October 5th, 2024)

Farewell Red Boy ❤️

Some things are worth waiting for! Red Boy, now Goose, waited for the perfect family, and it turned out they were already on our Waitlist. He has now joined the home of Sophia & Jordan, where he will get to try some sports and eventually enjoy running alongside them.

We slowly introduced crates with this litter. First we put crates in their weaning pen and left the doors open and made it a cozy place for naps or resting. Much later we fed them inside the crate and closed doors briefly.

Then with this little guy we put him for naps inside a big closed crate with Mom and finally bedtime alone in a closed crate with Mom next to him. Next up... bedtime alone in a closed crate without Mom next to him.

This gentle giant, now Legend, will be joining Chris & Shannon's family, including their kids. His new home will provide him with plenty of room to explore and opportunities to develop friendships with other furry companions.

Farewell Purple Girl 💜

This is the wee one, now known as Hazel, who we chose for our keeper. She will be loved & adored by Trish in her Guardian Home. You can look forward to seeing more of Hazel, as we plan to show her and hopefully include her in our breeding program down the road.

We are both lucky to have such a wonderful owner in Trish, who is an experienced spaniel enthusiast and excited to support our breeding program. Welcome to the Pureheart family.

Aleah x Frodo litter (October 5th, 2024)

We've now placed all puppies but one. We held back this boy for consideration as our keeper, but ultimately chose a female. The family we had in mind also wanted a female, so this gorgeous boy has become available.

Red Boy is lively and affectionate. He has good potential for show or performance and is well suited to an individual or family with an active lifestyle.

We are reviewing our Waitlist and all Applications received for the right match. Feel free to reach out if interested.

Farewell Pink Girl 🩷

This sweet girlie found a special place in my heart after being very ill and spending long hours together around the clock. Pink Girl, now Zoe, has joined her new home with Tiffany, Peter and their family where she's sure to get all the snuggles she deserves.

~ 10 weeks ~

Here's the latest photos of these not so little ones. They are growing rapidly and developing into wee doggies.

This will be the last week with pictures of all puppies. We have started to say goodbye to some, so watch for their farewell post. A few will stay a bit longer until we make our pick. We have loving families patiently waiting for them all. ❤️

~ 9 weeks ~

What a difference skilled help makes. Lorianne Amadeo helped to stack these puppies in no time! After double checking, we realized that Pink Girl & Purple Girl are almost identical from one side, while their other side differs slightly.

We were fortunate enough to get assistance with structural evaluations from 2 others very knowledgeable in the breed, thank you both. 🙏

Our time with these wonderful puppies is drawing to an end and they will start to go home soon.

And the countdown is on!

Aleah is always affectionate but lately she's sticking pretty close to me. Tonight she scootched right up on me and I didn't have the heart to move her to the end of the bed, so she's snoozing while I watch some TV. Hopefully, this is a good sign. #englishspringerspaniels #hopefullymommytobe
