It’s that time of year again!! A reminder that AVP will be closed this Friday June 30th for our year end inventory count. With the Canada Day long weekend we will remain closed through Monday July 3rd. We will be back to regular business on Tuesday July 4th!

We will be open on Monday April 10th, but if your practice will be closed on Monday, please put ***"Tuesday Delivery"*** on your Thursday order. Thank you!

Service Update:
AVP is closed today, Friday Dec 23rd, as a result of the road conditions and the concern for employee safety. All shipments that left our facility by the end of day on Dec 22nd are now in the hands of the couriers and freight carriers. We apologize for any delays that are being experienced, and please stay safe and warm!

Have some of these totes or cryopaks stacking up at your practice?? Please ensure that the courier driver takes them back to AVP the next time you get a delivery! This is a part of the service that we offer! We appreciate your assistance in helping to re-stock our supply in the warehouse. If the totes are not taken by the driver, please let us know.

Welcome to the first snowfall of the season! Due to weather conditions late yesterday in the Lower Mainland, there will be delays for local Purolator deliveries, and Clark freight deliveries. If your order is not received today as expected, we anticipate it will arrive tomorrow. Local skid food orders should arrive today as expected. Stay safe and stay warm!

The deadline to place SPECIAL ORDERS to ensure delivery (subject to supplier availability) before the holidays is Friday, December 2nd.
Please make sure that you want the items(s) - once we place the order with the supplier we may not be able to cancel it!
Some special order items are non-returnable and if returnable, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How do I sort items on the Order Form??

Did you know that you can change the order of items on your Order Form by clicking on a column heading?
By default, when you enter items to the Order Form, they are added to the bottom of the list. If you click on the Line column heading, the order of items will be reversed; the most recently added item will be at the top of the Order Form and when you add an item it will be entered at the top of the order.
If you click the Line column heading again the order will be sorted in the order items were entered to the Order Form!
