Harvest 2017 is almost complete :), A huge thank-you to all our friends and family that pitched in. Our prototype hop harvester worked well and now we need to add sorting capacity to it.

Big Ridge is brewing a wet hop beer with our Cascade, Centennial, Mt Hood and Chinook - Thanks Chad!
Can't wait to try it!

We also had a some home brew enthusiasts come out and pick fresh hops and we still have a few bines left if anyone else would like to come out and try it.
