Our handsome clinic cat, Jellybean is here to announce our holiday hours. We will be open 9-5 Christmas Eve and closed Christmas Day. As well as 9-5 New Year’s Eve and close New Year’s Day. Education is Key!

Being aware of your pet's individual needs is essential to a long, happy life together.

Our veterinary technician Kim has over 30 years of experience and many pets of her own. She is a valuable resource for information to the Willowbrook team and our clients.

Please ask us any questions and we'll pass them off to Kim! Please note that she is a veterinary technician, not a doctor, so she can only educate, and is not able to make a diagnosis for your pet.

Kim will be available for questions by messenger!

As Veterinary Technicians, we are your pet's nurse, caretaker, and comfort when they are in our care. We are usually busy at work taking care of your pets when you come to the office, so you might not always get to see us.

We are also very knowledge about pet health, and love educating pet owners! We are excited to be able to answer your questions via Facebook Messenger, but please keep in mind, we are not licensed veterinarians, and can only offer you what we know.

Edit: Veterinary care has now been considered an essential service.

Good afternoon. I wanted to let everyone know the situation regarding our veterinarians during the current global circumstances.

Firstly, we wanted to let you know we are temporarily shortening our hours to 9AM - 5PM for the next two weeks. During these hours we will have a Veterinarian, a Technician, and an Assistant/Receptionist available to help you. As the situation is always developing, this may change, in which we will do our best to inform you. We will be updating our page accordingly, please follow us for any updates.

According to the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia, as of March 17, 2020, veterinary medicine is currently not deemed by the provincial government to be an essential service. This could mean our business could be shutdown completely if there were to be a large-scale lockdown.

We are hoping to use Facebook Messenger and video chat we will be able to provide some services to you during this difficult time.

Pet's are an important of our lives, and will still require doctors as the pandemic continues. Please do not hesitate to call us at (604) 532-1889 or message us via Facebook Messenger.

Willow is the younger of our two clinic cats. She can often be found speeding around the clinic doing parkour and other fun and games.

It seems her goal in life is to bring a smile to those around her.

Meet Keesh!

Keesh has been Willowbrook Animal Hospital's clinic cat for over 13 years, ever since he was a kitten. He has big, beautiful blue eyes, a slender body, and very loud meow - resembling the characteristics of the siamese breed.

With the ups and downs we experience at the clinic, he is always there to support the staff and clients.
