Meet Baby Martin! Martin is a purring machine in a little fluffy body. He gets that tiny enginge revving the moment he spots a friend or hears your arrive. His tiny meow is the perfect greeting when you come home and he's sure to run up and greet you with enthusiasm. This snuggly little guy loves to romp and play between cozy cat naps. He wouldn't mind a feline companion either, we think, as we can hear him chirp and meow at the other kitties in the room.

Details: Come join us at Elizabeth’s Wildlife Center to meet some of our patients and hear their stories. Walk the grounds and see our different outdoor enclosures. Learn about local wildlife. Children can check out the activity corner. You can enjoy refreshments (by donation) and much more!

Good time to remind people... PLEASE keep your pets safe at home, NOT in hot vehicles!! 🙏🐾🩵

It is hot! Our officers are proactively monitoring parking lots in the Langley area. We’ve already found two dogs locked in cars where the temperatures inside were dangerously high. This can quickly become a life threatening situation.

Please leave your dogs at home or bring them into the store with you if you’re permitted.

We are getting close to running out of our shelter supply and food bank supply of food. We are hoping our community can help by donating dog/cat dry and wet food. Canadian Naturals brand, Royal Canin baby cat/kitten is extra in need. However, all brands welcome as it will fill an animal in needs belly! The pups and cats thank you!!!!

We need your help!! Daffy is a sweet duck (named at the shelter) and we are told she is a Domestic Swedish Blue. She was found between 0 Ave and 4Ave on 208st. If you are missing a duck or you might know who she belongs to please call us. She deserves a happy life in a more natural habitat. Please share so she can go home.

We are looking for a Christmas Miracle and we need your help!
This middle aged male neutered kitty was rescued by one of our officers at Dale Ball Passive Park (208/36a ave) from deep inside a prickle bush. He is emaciated and has clearly been starving. His long hair was extremely matted. Despite all of this, he is lovely and very much appreciating our help.

We think he is loved by someone and got separated or lost somehow! We are hoping our social media community can share his story to help us get him home for Christmas! He has received veterinary care and we are keeping him safe.
