Just want to let everyone know we are away from the 16th-25th of July. I won't be answering my phone but I will be back. Have a great summer! I'm booking into July right now!

Also I have to get my kids for lunch until school is out so that may shift some appointment times or how long I take. I apologize . They are picked up at 12:10 and I have to drop them back off for 12:45. This won't be an issue after the 27th but just a heads up for my upcoming apts in June. 😊

Good morning everyone, just want to let those know that are not on my personal page my grooming consent and liability etc forms are coming out. Due to recent events I feel I need to have them, everyone will need to fill them out. I sincerely apologize as it is an inconvenience, especially to all my loyal clients, I've had for a decade this October.

Happy Spring! I just wanted to clarify my hour's, I am 6am-3pm then I close and I am by appointment only.

Also I'm going to have to start a charge for those who do not pick up their dogs when we're done. Unless we have discussed it and I've booked myself to be home all day, otherwise it is a HUGE inconvenience for me to wait for you come get your pets. I am usually not home all day and do book myself to be done every day at certain times. I also have kids and my own pets I have to look after.

This will be a late fee or boarding fee and it will be $20 every 20 minutes you're late. If we have planned it then there will be no charge. If we haven't then it's $1 a minute, for the apts I'll be missing ( those fees are $50-100 if I miss one) or holding me back from what I need to do.

Today I've had a dog for 3 hours since ready to go home, no response and I need to leave again, I left once already. I am stuck at home and that is not ok.

Also for email transfers they have to be sent before the dogs are picked up and if not there will be a late fee for that as well. I close accounting at 3pm so if I have to wait, it messes up my entire schedule. $20/hr after 3pm.

We had a humboldt day yesterday, it was really nice. Took the kids swimming and they had a blast. Got some last minute shopping done too which is also very nice.

Here to a great week ahead. It's very busy, please if you need an apt I only have 3 fully open days before Christmas to book. I have a few apts I can squish in to a few days but not many left.
