Lawrencetown - Valley (5 min to Annapolis Valley Exhibition, 10 min to Middleton, 15 min to Bridgetown)

Hybrid-style board: horses have their own stall for twice daily feeding/poor footing days/etc.. Otherwise, have free access to the barn & dry lot, or are out pasture 24/7 during nice weather.

✔️Seasonal 24/7 small group (3-4 geldings) turnout in XL grass pastures with shelter
✔️Mud-free dry-lot with shedrow barn/run-in for inclement weather & winter season
✔️Soaked grain/supplements/meds fed 2x per day (owner to provide)
✔️Own stall (10’x12’) for feeding, poor footing, injuries etc.
✔️Access to forage 24/7: hay fed in a covered, netted feeder
✔️Heated water in the winter
✔️Bedded on rubber mats & sawdust during winter/mud season (barn and dry-lot cleaned daily)
✔️Tack & grain storage space
✔️Trails through 51 acre property (continually being expanded)
✔️Small cross country course (& trail obstacles to come)
✔️Trailer parking available
✔️Washing machine for saddle pads & blankets
✔️Outside insured coaches welcome

Additional services available:
✔️Seasonal RV parking onsite (power & water hookups, sewage dump) & vintage camper available to rent - come have a sleepover with your horse! Or bring your friends for a horsey vacation
✔️Quarantine pen in the works for visitors/new horses
✔️Holding for vet/farrier & scheduling of appointments
✔️Grooming
✔️Blanketing, boots, fly masks
✔️Feed purchasing (we use Tribute)

Safety and quality of life for our horses is our top priority. Owners live on site with their two personal horses. Owner is Equine Canada certified English instructor. Option to share trailer rides to local shows, schooling etc. Always happy to hack around the property if you are looking for a riding buddy! Possibility to exchange board for occasional farm-sitting. NSEF membership required.
