Pelvis dropping down to the left.

Two month progress! Proper alignment can help with muscle development. When our body is in proper alignment our muscles work together efficiently and evenly. This balance helps prevent muscle imbalances, which can lead to overuse injuries, chronic pain, and reduced mobility. Proper alignment reduces unnecessary stress on our joints, allowing them to move smoothly and freely.

Love seeing the older ones come around acting spicy again 🌶️ especially with major injuries that limit their mobility.
