Shop Update - it’s a long one friends 🙈
I have been super quiet on socials and am back after a much needed break! I hope everyone had an absolutely amazing holiday! ❤️
I just wanted to start off by saying a huge thank you to everyone who supported my little shop in 2022 and of course before that! It has been so heartwarming to know you have chosen my shop for your accessory and gifting needs and Honey + Jade wouldn’t be here without each and every like, share, follow, order, name share or boutique and market purchase. You are all incredible! So thank you from the bottom of my heart!! ❤️
As the new year has started on its normal quieter note, I’ve had some time to think honestly about where I see the shop going. Of course times are tricky with inflated supply costs and not only that, but my busy schedule with 2 kids and a full time career. So with that being said, there will be many changes for 2023.
This year, there will be a huge dial back as my intentions with the shop were always for it to be my fun side hobby. If I’m being honest, it hasn’t been always been fun like I had intended for it to be. Though the last almost 2 years of being open have been absolutely amazing with all of the love, it also showed I was pushing past my limit of possible for a single person given my busy schedule as a mom and wife all while working. I was certainly overextending myself and my mental health suffered as well as my time with my loved ones which is the exact opposite of what I wanted this to be.
So moving forward you will see many changes. First one being a dial back in products. I will be shifting my main focus back to earrings, namely studs and a few other accessories and will be going back to small batch production with scheduled drops. You may however see some small flash sales on other products for special occasions and holidays. I will post in my stories before listing and just know if something fun or themed is posted it is all I will have available. Customs will still be open with a monthly limit, and you can check my bio if you’re wondering whether or not I am accepting custom orders at the current time. And lastly, with my comment on inflated supply prices, we all know the struggle that has been rising costs for everything. Unfortunately this affects all of my supplies as well and will be reflected in my 2023 pricing.
