As the weather has gotten warmer and there has been a fair amount of rain, the SAH team would like to make pet owners aware of the danger to their four legged furry friends. Mushrooms are extremely dangerous and can be toxic. Mushroom ingestion is an emergency. If you believe your dog has ingested mushroom please seek medical help for them immediately. Some symptoms of mushroom poisoning include vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, weakness, drooling and seizures. It is always a good idea to check your garden and your lawn for mushrooms and when out for walks to keep an eye out.
