If you've ever been to one of our markets, chances are you’ve seen or chatted with one of these two cuties. I call them my baby sisters or “the little girls,” though my husband keeps telling me I need to stop now that they’re teenagers. But as kid #7 and #8 in my great big family, they’ll always be babies to me!
Now, let’s do some introductions!
On the left is Jeana—most of my family calls her my mini-me, though these days, she’s got a solid four inches on me. She’s a high school senior, gearing up to take that big leap into the real world. She’s also itching to add a pup of her own to the already crazy crew of eight dogs in our family. When it comes to markets, she’s the one behind most of our TikToks and runs our socials on market days—because, let’s be honest, she’s way better at it than I am!
On the right is Olivia—or Lou, Livy-Louise, Olibia... the list of nicknames is endless. We’re not sure if that’s because she has so many siblings or because she went nameless for almost two weeks after she was born. 🤣 Lou is the life of the party! She’s been learning how to make collars alongside me—especially since it helps keep the boredom away during long market days. If you ever see us snickering and trying to pull ourselves together before talking to you, just know... Lou was probably being Lou.
These two make being away from my pup and little one so much easier during markets, and honestly, I don’t think I could get through one without them. 🥰
