Just picked up fresh meat from butcher, ready to go this evening after 6pm. Looks good lots of burgers, sausages, ground beef and prime cut steaks. Some briskets and rack of ribs left.

Good day to everyone!

We will be fully stocked once again by April 5th.

This includes Prime rib, T-Bones, Strip-lions and Sirlion steaks all cut at 1 inch!

Whole tenderloins and 2 inch thick tenderloins!

We changed our burgers to 1 inch as well and added some more fat to them!

We have all 4 flavours of sausages getting done plus a new jumbo summer sausage! It will be nice and spicy with a little extra fat as well!

Whole briskets available to!

Lots of 2lb packs of ground beef, racks of ribs and individual ribs, roast, stew meat, ox tail, liver and soup bones!

These are the nicest Angus and Simmental animals we’ve had yet, finished on a 45 day finishing grain from Coastal Agri Commodites in Nova Scotia and hung for over 14 days.
