🍄Lots of growth happening in the lab! Black Pearl Oysters have absolutely demolished the agar. I have some blocks in the fruiting chamber, think the humidity and Co2 is dialed in. Snow White Shiitake are slowly working away. It's been a busy few weeks but it's time to let things "happen"
