🩺💙 Welcome to Heartland Animal Hospital of Listowel, Mount Forest, and Drayton! We are a multi-location practice located in Southwestern Ontario. We are seeking a motivated Client Care Representative to join our dynamic health care team in Listowel. The ideal candidate would excel at providing excellent client services and compassionate animal care. This team member would demonstrate a friendly personality, be a motivated individual who could also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Reception/Client Care responsibilities for our small animal and food animal clients such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, dispatching emergency calls, responding to emails, checking patients into the hospital, preparing medications, maintaining medical records, invoicing, client transactions, patient handling and restraint, ensuring foyer and retail area are kept well maintained and presentable.
The ideal candidate would:
- Provide excellent patient care
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ezyVet would be considered an asset.
- Will need to be able to commute to our Mount Forest and/or Drayton locations depending on business needs.
Business hours are between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday. Saturday's 8am to 4pm (Listowel), 8:30am to 12:30pm (Mount Forest). There will be regular rotation of Saturday shifts in our Listowel and Mount Forest locations.
