Hello everyone I would like to introduce myself, My name is Kristina Leduc I was lucky to be born as the 3rd generation horse trainer/breeder family. My mother was a licensed judge, gave lessons and helped me along as I started my horse training journey at only ten years old. By age 13 I was incredibly busy training horses and I was excited to have a nice little business. In my youth I was incredi

bly successful showing and competing in many events. Including showing English flat and over fences, western classes ( open shows) . Barrels/poles and other gymkhana events and team penning. I worked very hard at achieving my goals and studied hard to become the best I could be. I went to every clinic and read every book I could, took what I wanted from them and over the years developed my own training method that just works! Horses are happy owners are happy and I'm Happy. I believe as trainers and human beings we are never done learning and changing. In my late teens early twenties I got bit by the horse racing bug and spent a few years at Hastings park in Vancouver, galloping and grooming ponying etc. My boyfriend and I also had a barn of ten and I learned some pretty important things during those years. In 2000 I was approached about being a jockey in the interior and I accepted and spent a summer riding races until I found out I was pregnant. Over the next several years my training was put on hold as I had 3 sons. Then in 2009 I couldn't shake the horse racing bug and obtained my trainers license and had a barn full of my own. We had a string of bad luck decided to call it a year. Then tragedy struck my family as One of my sons suddenly passed away. At that point in my life everything changed. The entire way I viewed life changed. I needed more out of my life. Life is just too short. I got married in 2012 had 2 daughters, and started teaching lessons in 2011. I discovered my passion for teaching. I loved teaching people what I had worked so hard to learn all these years. Being able to help people work through road blocks, giving people confidence in their abilities and helping horses as I taught their riders how to balance and give clear direction ( signal ) the their horses. I have decided it is time in my life now to move forward with my career. My family is complete now I can move forward. I look forward to meeting many new people throughout my journey. Well folks. My career is keeping me far too busy and I can't keep up with it all.
I am going to offer this blue roan mare and her 2024 blue roan c**t. Pedigree attached is the c**ts so you can also see dams breeding. The mare is OPEN. She was covered one time on her foal heat and I never checked her back. So this I would say is not her fault. She is young. Cleaned out after foaling she had No issues foaling. Is an excellent mother. Let's you handle her foals. She is only broodmare sound. She has an injury that happened in the pasture and she will not be sound for riding. She is only seven. Has lots of years left. She is approx 14.2hh
C**t is CBHI eligible and could be homozygous roan... ( not tested yet)

Can't leave out this dude. Kidd and I back in action... well. For one jackpot anyways. And we clocked in the 1d. Only a handful of us made it into the 16s. Felt amazing to run a seasoned horse. And I kind of miss Kidd.. not gonna lie haha. Thanks Rachel for letting me " borrow your" horse... lol

RH fixn to be famous at his very first jackpot. We can see how green he is. But get glimpses of a bright future. Here's hoping to no more mare kicks and he can stay sound and I can actually get to running him FINALLY.

And yet again we see him with his lovely temperament bringing a peewee through the pattern.

When people ask me about our STALLIONS RH FIXN TO BE FAMOUS temperament... and I respond he is amazing... he really is. He puts up with ALLLLLL of the kids shenanigans ( plus I think he likes it) he has zero buck or bolt. He had gotten kicked by a mare about a month ago and has been Sore. So he's just coming back now. And kids pulled him out and started messing around. His babies are also this quiet. Haven't had one yet that acts like a do**us...

Well here is reality folks... I am working a LOT. And my schedule is jam packed. And I find myself stretched too thin these days.

I can't believe I am even making this post. But today we let Mileys red thief ( Miley) set off to her new home in Alberta. Along with one of our two year old cow bred fillies " Cactus" . I was sad to see her go she's been a Excellent producer for me. And just such a nice sweet mare to have around. But times are changing in my life. And we decided she could be someone else's Excellent producer. Congratulations to my friend at J & B quarter horses on your purchase of two of our stock. Enjoy them as much as we have. ❤️.

UPDATE****** THE FIRST 45 DAYS ARE FULL*****
Soooo Guess who's coming home this summer... my oldest son Lane Robinson is coming back to the ranch and we are officially opening up to a significant amount of outside training horses. Beginning June 1. Training and consignment spots available. Eight hundred per month plus board. C**t start / problem horse min. 45 days.
Refresher 30 days plus. Taking horses for June July and August 2024. Chances for horses to be hauled and exposed to many different environments. Cattle exposure , arena work, mountains. Water bridges etc. Can prep for ranch horse classes trail and more.

We will be offering some of our horses to the public. I've started a new career as a paramedic. So I need to cut back just a bit more so I decided to part with a few more.

2024 Sorrel AQHA c**t Sired by RH FIXN TO BE FAMOUS and out of Miss Tari Starlight. This c**t is DOG gentle. Born broke temperament and has a "old soul" feel about him. He is a tank I expect him to be over 15.1 at maturity.

2024 Palomino AQHA c**t. Sired by MONEY 101 and out of KEEP A WESTERN ROSE. I expect him to mature well over 15hh. He can come with a SS certificate. Very playful fun c**t. Quick and loves people.

5 year old palomino AQHA mare. Well started under saddle. Has worked in sorting pens and rode range last fall. Lightly started on the barrel and pole pattern has been hauled out and participated in a gymkhana last fall. Shes been started correctly and has had about 45 days under saddle. Currently being ridden and will continue to be ridden until she sells and her price will be adjusted accordingly. She Can be rode by handy kids ( just cause she's green) loads and hauls like a dream. Stands tied all day. Getting pretty good and opening and closing gates. Goes in water, across bridges through mud. Not much phases her but she is green.
The ONLY reason she is for sale is because she is too short. 13.3hh and I have no stallions size appropriate that I can breed her too. She will be best suited to be a ladies mount or for a handy child. We used her just yesterday for sorting cattle. Sire by MONEY 101 and out of MISS TARI STARLIGHT

Our coming 2 year old grulla roan filly. " Stormy " she is sired by our ex stallion Smokeys blue Utah who is now owned by Chris Jim at Little Fort Herefords. And she is out of Otoes silver Breeze a grulla mare we sold a couple years ago. She is just stunning.

The last 2 , 2 year Olds are in for their trims and deworming. ( couldn't catch the rats LOL. )
I actually can't believe the size of this filly. I will have to measure her.

Finally a mare who seems to be somewhat playing by the rules. She is almost 12 months in tho. But tonight she is waxed and super uncomfy.

Look how nice this c**t is unfolding, honestly a few people have seen him in person and say pictures don't even do him justice. He is NICE.. at 5 days old ( in these pics) he has a huge hip powerful shoulder and he's nice and correct.

I am disappointed he isn't a she LOL.

😍... LETS NAME THE BABIES!!!!!! So I guess we need a name theme for 2024 foals. We will only be having 5 foals as we sold 2 mares. So let's make them good!!!!! This year's theme since there is so much drama/ speculation surrounding the royal family. Let's do a royalty theme. Can be from ANY place in time.. avoiding names like prince, princess if we can( they are too " common" . ) Annnnnnd GO.

Our horses are NOT just bred for barrels. We strive for temperament and versatility. We just LOVE the race breeding. This is my 9 year old daughter on her FOUR year old filly. Their very first time doing any kind of trot poles or jumping. ( or even in an English saddle) I would like to add my daughter has done ALL the work on this filly except the first 7 rides.. she even helped with ground work. Remember when we had cookie for sale??? Then she was taken off the market. This is why!!! She is playgun bred on the bottom side. Frenchman guy , on the money red on the topside. And she is as honest little Kids horse. She has fire 100% she is fairly prancey and high energy but super controllable. And Kimmy has her figured out. I am proud of this duo. They have done far exceed my expectations this year. Thank you Money 101 for the brains you put into your babies ❤️

I have come to an incredibly difficult ( but definitely the right) decision. Money 101 will be retired from barrel racing. Back story. In his 5 year old year I noticed he didn't have a lot of " try" he did not want to go in the arena etc. And with only a few runs under his belt I knew it had to be something more than not wanting to go in the arena. Cause he didn't even know what barrel racing was yet.. Chiro, massage, dentals all the things you do as a process of elimination and general upkeep of a performance horse... didn't make a difference. Even spent 4500 on a new built for him saddle ..... We were at a race, just finished a run came back to the trailer and he was bleeding. Immediately loaded him up and he was scoped within 35 minutes of his run. What we found was kind of unreal considering the ONLY outward signs of anything being wrong was his hesitancy to go in the arena. NEVER coughed. Never acted sick. Off never a fever. Was always his usual self. His lungs were FULL of infection. After much blood work. BAL etc. We did not find he was " sick" ( nor had he ever been) it was a heavy heavy smoke year from fires. And we figure this is exactly what started everything. He was treated with Dex. Nebulizers etc. ( basically all of the things you do to get a horse back right) Once he was cleared and rescoped. We found scar tissue on his lungs from this smoke damage. We came up with a treatment plan going forward for when I run him. But with a very clear " it may not work" and he will likely always bleed through Lasix. But we can do our best to keep him right. Last year was a decent year. He started acting off. And we did a full round of ulcer treatment and by fall he was beginning to run nice. But then he started bleeding through his Lasix. But he never really said no. He still went and tried. Altho I know 1000% not one did he do was to his full potential. This year, we have done 6 races and he has bled every time. This weekend his last 2 runs he gave

Baby number 3 has arrived at 3am. A stunning palomino colt sired by Money 101 and out of Keep a western rose. ( a mare we call westie) this is her first foal. We captured the moment she met her baby for the first time ❤️ He will be available

I did a thing today!!!!! Connie had her first " official" ride today. Hailey was on her bareback. In the summer. And today she was saddled ,bridled and drove for the 1st time today then I got up and she's good to go lol. So exciting it's been a long journey with this mare. And now we are here. 😍 My Connie girl!!!!!
