It's like Christmas early.
Picked up some axolotls for potential breeding stock. Their gills were not great & they were pooping out sand but looked like a decent project for us. Put them in their own little tubs , kept the water clean & got them eating some good pellet foods. They are looking pretty good now. There is albino, leucistics & as you can see with the black light a few gaps.
Again the colors don't show accurate but our second display tank is finally coming back into shape.
Our african lung fish has gotten over it's shyness. It comes out casually for small pellets & ignores everything around it. After 3 months of getting comfortable it is also growing in length & girth. I am hoping to get a smaller one for resale next week. They are not a common fish in our hobby.
