EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
I never thought we would be making this post, But it is with an extremely broken heart that I have to announce The Practical Puppy will be closing for all daycare and boarding as of September 18th until further notice. (Training will continue as normal)
Our temporary kennel license is expiring and, unfortunately, until we secure our new location, we won’t be able to operate at our current location as of September 19th. We really have our hands tied and have gone through every avenue to see what our options could be; But after receiving the final judgement on our renewal on Friday this is the only option we have at this time.
All currently booked boardings and daycares will still be accepted, but sadly we can’t accept any new clients for these services at this time.
This decision has crushed me, realizing that I won’t know when I will be able to see all the happy puppy faces again has destroyed me. Please understand that we are working harder than ever to secure our new location and get back open as soon as possible but with the world in such a crisis still, we can’t say when that will be and that hurts the most.
Cory and I would love to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us and supporting us. All the wonderful friends we have made (furry and not furry) has been such a blessing and we hope this isn’t goodbye, but see you soon.
We know there will be questions and concerns, but please know I am heartbroken and may not be able to answer messages right away. My sister Amanda will be helping me answer any messages sent in the next few days. Meanwhile I’ll be spending extra time with the furry friends that are with me today.
