Health Guarantee:
Seller certifies that, upon receipt, the dog has been immunized, dewormed and microchipped according to the accompanying record of said dog. The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by your veterinarian at your expense within 2 days from date of purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the dog a clean bill of health, buyer must notify the seller immediately (no vet bills will
be refund). Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-examined by its own veterinarian. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered and no condition, which could go away, or is considered to be a condition, which a puppy will likely grow out of, is covered. If the dog is then found not to be in good health, Seller will resume possession and will provide a replacement puppy of the same value, and purchase price within 6 months (no vet bills, no refunds). This guarantee does not cover: Cherry Eye, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, loose hips, loose knees, infertility, allergies, bacterial infection of any kind, fungus, parasitic infection, hypoplastic trachea, respiratory infections, kennel cough, demodex, tail abnormalities, stenotic nares, cosmetic issues, Buyer's ignorance, neglect of incompetent veterinarians or anything not included above. We will not cover any death for any reason if pup dies under anesthesia. If your dog is used in any sort illegal activity (dog fighting) or in any extreme sports (weight pulling), or is mistreated, malnourished, abused or not taken care of, this guarantee is completely null and void. Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other heat related conditions are not covered in any way. Remember that dogs (Bulldogs) can over heat quickly and easily and may die as a result of over heating. He/She must be a indoor dog. Puppy is guaranteed for 6 months since the purchase date against genetic defects only if the following guidelines are followed exactly:
a) The Buyer must notify seller of any genetic defect immediately. b) A written statement as to the genetic defect must be provided to us from Buyer's veterinarian. c) A written second opinion from another veterinarian must be provided to us from Buyer. d)The puppy must be spayed,natured,picture must be shown of it and vet phone number,contact e-mail address must be provided.. e)After these guidelines are followed, if there is a genetic defect present we will provide a replacement puppy of the same value, color and purchase price within 6 months. The following conditions are covered by this guarantee:
Hip dysplasia - severe case, requiring surgery to return pup to an ambulatory state. Must have X-Ray and 2 opinions from 2 unrelated vets. If imported, pup must be positively identified on X-Ray; chip number must be present on film. Spinal, heart, pancreas, kidney defects of a severe, life threatening nature. (Imminent paralysis, heart problem that is life threatening, chronic pancreatitis.) The Buyer's Responsibility:
The Buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly {indoors}, maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leash when in public and when off the premises of the dog's home. The dog's outdoor area will be fenced in and secure,
or acceptable provisions will be made to assure the dog is safe any time he/she is outdoors. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper physical and emotional care and welfare. The buyer must agree to housing the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. Buyer understands and agrees to these conditions of sale. This warranty is only intended for original owner and is not transferable. This guarantee does not cover what some consider normal or beyond our control like Cherry eyes, external and internal parasites, entropian, ectropian, “loose” hips, hip dysplasia, stenotic nares (loud sounding or “snuffling” sound when breathing). We cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract mange (Red Mange, sarcoptic mange, Demodex Mange, Ear mites, or any type of mite mange). There is much dispute between experts as to the differing specific causes of mange including environment, stress and nutrition, therefore we cannot guarantee against it. Skin allergies or an Umbilical Hernia- (an “Outie” belly button) are not covered. We cannot guarantee that previous generations did not have above mentioned conditions in their lines; therefore, we cannot guarantee these conditions will not show up in future litters.
