As many of you know we had our home up for sale. Well that time has come…. 😭. As stressful as it has been, I’m excited for this new chapter in a new town and a new home to make my own!

I’d like to thank everyone for the love and support you have given me as a groomer over the years. The dedication and appreciation you’ve show me during some tough times never went unnoticed. With that said, I’d like to offer COMPLIMENTARY Nagayu treatments for all my clients from now until my last day of grooming of September 8th! My little way of saying THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

With a closing date of September 11th this means I’ll need some much needed time to prepare for the move and get everything packed up. I won’t be able to work as much in the next coming week or two so please contact me ASAP to get your last grooms scheduled before I am fully booked. 🐶🐾🐩

Also, as of September 1st my social business accounts will be deleted from Facebook and Instagram. If you do need to get a hold of me for whatever reason, I ask you contact me thru my phone number I have always provided. Thank you again for being a part of my journey with The Blushing Pet and I look forward to seeing what comes next!

Unfortunately I didn’t take a before photo as my main priority was to focus on this extremely nervous pup and provide a positive experience with minimal stress.

His owner informed me he has been rejected before and I might need to muzzle him. Well…. NO muzzle was ever needed, his fear, shaking, lip smacking, showing of teeth and trembling dissipated about halfway thru the groom. My focus was to create trust, respect and calmness throughout our appointment. Mission achieved! 👍

It takes experience, patience and understanding for a groomer to handle dogs like sweet Juno. Fear based behaviours can be corrected thru time and consistency. This is not a one time fix by any means but we will be keeping him on a routine schedule. I am so proud of you Juno! You got this. We are going to be best buds. 🫶

⭐️ Remember, we want your pup to understand their visit is not a form of punishment. Grooming should be a positive and enjoyable experience for both pup and groomer! ⭐️
