Hi all 👋🏻

A wonderful lady has reached out to me with a plea to help her find a loving home for a sweet senior kitty she rescued from a neglectful owner. Please take the time read about Pumpkin and consider giving her the better life she deserves in her last few years! Sharing with your friends and family would also be appreciated 🥰

Pumpkin is about 15 years old.. she does have health issues and needs that looked into more, but everything has been manageable with special food and uti drops so far! Her personality is very relaxed and goofy. She doesn't like other animals or being picked up, but when she comes to you she is very loving! She tolerates baths too (won't bite or scratch.. does growl when you cut her nails/hair care, but never anything more) her renal issues will have flair ups and then settle down agian, but her new family must keep an eye on her bathroom habits.

Cheesy Doggy Bones:

Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of oil
1 1/3 cups of water

Instructions:
combine flour and cheese
stir in oil and water
Adjust liquid as necessary to make dough stiff
Roll on floured cutting board to 3/8" thick and cut to preferred shape
Place on un-greased cookie sheet
Bake at 250º until thoroughly dry

Hi Everyone

We are out of the lg & extra lg dog cages needed to build more condos and the calls keep coming. We have room for potentially 2 more pregnant cats but need 4 more of these cages. If anyone knows where we can get some at a very reasonanle cost or donated we and the mommas would appreciate the help.

Peanut Butter Pumpkin Treats 🥜
Ingredients:

• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oats (optional if your dog is on a grain free diet, sub an extra 1/4 cup grain free flour)
• 3 cups whole wheat flour, brown rice flour, or gluten free flour
• 3 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, oats, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin and peanut butter until combined. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
4. Pour onto a floured surface and roll dough out to 1/2 thick. Cut out using cookie cutter.
5. The dough will be a little sticky, a dusting of flour for your hands and the rolling pin will help! Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
6. Place on cooling racks and let cool thoroughly. They will harden as they cool.

We’d like to introduce Kona (brown) and Piper (red)! These sweet girls each have their own unique personalities and aren’t afraid to flaunt it 🐶🐶 while we don’t get to see them every day, we look forward to the days we do and enjoy a nice walk with these well behaved pups 🥰
