It is possible for dogs to have obstructive sleep apnea. Unlike with humans, CPAP machines are not yet available for dogs. For obese dogs, it's recommended to change their diet to lose excess weight. Did you know that kittens are born with blue eyes? Indeed! By the time you bring them home at 8 weeks; however, it is likely that they have already begun to transform into their adult color. Kittens’ eyes begin to change between 3 and 8 weeks of age. The most common cat eye colors are brown, yellow orange, green, and amber. Dog owners should be vigilant about checking what they give their dogs. It is possible for some ingredients to be remarketed under different names, which can lead to confusion. It is important to remember that xylitol poisoning can result in hypoglycemia, seizures, and even death in dogs. As of August 1st 2024, the USA has new travel requirements for DOGS coming in to the US from low risk for rabies countries.
Canada is a low risk country.
When crossing the border, along with your Rabies vaccine certificate, you will need to:
1) fill out a form stating that the dog has been in Canada ( or other low risk for rabies country) for at least 6 months
https://www.cdc.gov/importation/dogs/dog-import-form-instructions.html
Additional requirements are
2) the dog is to be 6 months or older
3) has a scannable microchip
4) appears healthy on arrival at the border.
These are new guidelines issued by the government of the United States. We have no control over them in Canada. If you have questions or concerns, you must reach out to the CDC.

Kittens require a large amount of energy – almost two to three times that of an adult cat! They also need about 30% of that energy to come from protein.
