We are SO excited to announce that this year, HSLM will be bringing back our calendar contest!
Is your pet ready to become a star? Well, this is their time to shine! Starting next week to June 27th, you have the opportunity to submit your pet’s photo and vote their way to the top! Not only will you have the chance to give your pet the spotlight you know they deserve, and win some awesome prizes, but you will also be helping at-risk animals in our community.
Our 12 winners will have the chance to win a spot on our 2025 calendar, and the opportunity to participate in a professional photography session for your pet. In addition, the top three contestants will receive a generous gift card for Ren's Pets. 💙

Hi everyone! My name is Tinkles, I am a senior lady at 11 years old that is in need of a loving and patient home. 🏡 💙
I came from a home with many cats and wasn't socialized much, so I can be pretty scared at times but I have been doing my best ad being brave in new situations. I've been in foster for a couple months now building my confidence and I need someone that's okay spending a little extra time to go slow and make me feel safe. Once I trust you I have so much love to give and will demand all the pets and loving possible! My ideal home would be very quiet with no small kids, because sometimes when I'm scared I can act out. I'm not a fan of dogs but might be okay with another respectful and independent cat that will allow me to lounge around on my own.
Before I can go to my new home, a member of the HSLM Animal Health Department would like to speak with you about my diet, since I am currently on a Gastrointestinal cat food. So if you are ready to add a senior gal to your life come on down and submit an adoption application at the shelter!
