Ralph needs a foster parent!!

He's food & toy driven, good with people, most dogs & respectful kids, knows basic commands, house & crate trained, needs some leash work, but he is neutered, he needs a calmer house then he is in right now and needs a new foster home but with no cats as he'll chase them, gets anxious with too much going on so he requires a calmer home environment!
