Scarface and little miss no name. They're both so gorgeous! Scarface came from the CRBE and no name came from the November expo. They're super sweet and so cute.

We had a few setbacks but we seem to have got the hang of breeding mealworms. Haven't bought any in months and the gliders now get it as a staple in their diet twice a week. It's easy and simple, and saves quite a bit of money.

While we were changing everyone over to their spring setups (pictures coming soon) we found the proper light for the cichlid tank, and I'm really digging the blue vibes.

Firebellies are enjoying their new spring setup, and the fish don't seem to mind the extra couple inches of water.
We liked the waterfall premise I had before a lot, but felt like we could raise the water level and give us a better chance for breeding and it couldn't of turned out better. Even added soem springtails on the moss to help with the bioactive crew.
We are also very happy to announce that there was at least one Cherry Shrimp surviving in there. Their breeding setup was just made so shortly we will get a bunch and start a breeding tank.

Happy 4th Birthday Thor! 💛
4 years ago on August 25th, 2018 we went to the London Humane Society just to look around. Thor chose us that day and we fell in love with him right away. He is our first cat- our baby cat. Such a loving and funny boy. We would be lost without him!

Our male uromatysx was really shoving off his colours. I can't get over how yellow evem his tail gets.

This is No Tail. His tail was assuming picked away by the other cichlids. He's growing slow and sticks mainly to this area of the tank, but otherwise he's doing fine. Has a funny swim now.
