I will post this again

DO NOT SHOW UP at my home without an appointment especially seeing that the closed sign is on my salon door then knock on my home door this is very disrespectful and this is my home. You will be asked to leave and I will no longer provide you services. As well do NOT walk in my house again this is my personal space please respect it. The salon is to the far left of my house black door with a window you can clearly see inside through, there is also a banner above the door with the business on it as well as a open/closed sign on the door. At this time I have no set work schedule I work a couple of hrs only on the days that I do work. When I'm answering messages via text, my personal fb, and business fb as well as phone calls dates and time may no longer be available once I recieve answers back. It may take me 48 hrs to get back to you, but I will answer.
Please remeber i have a newborn as well as other children and im juggling everything.

Baby Kolt made is arrival at 7:34am on Oct 18th
Weighing 8.6lbs and 19 inches long

For anyone waiting for updates on my little man I still have not had him but no I'm not working this week I have not been feeling well at all

Hello to all my clients,

Here to address a few things

Please DO NOT just show up without an appointment

Please note I am not a pet babysitter I truly should not have to wait an 1hr or 4 for you to pick up your pet especially at the end of my day. I usually give a few mins heads up when pets are almost ready.
I will start charging clients accordingly

If 15 mins or more late you will have to rebook and pay a late fee 20$
This puts me behind for other clients
If you do not show up at all for an appointment you will need to pay 50% of your groom worth via EMT before I rebook

If you bring a pet in with fleas there will be a 50$ fee on top of the groom.
I not only need to cancel the rest of my day so I'm not responsible for other pets getting fleas but I now have to clean spray and clean again to make sure I'm good to keep grooming the following day .

with me only having a couple weeks left in my pregnancy there will clearly be days I just can't work I'm down to 3 days a week with only grooming a certain amount each day with that being said if I don't answer the phone it's because I'm off or in a person appointment. I will only answer the phone between 10 and 3 I'm off on weekends so calling multiple times late at night is not going to get an appt sooner please refrain from doing this. And again please do not just show up
