We have reopened the larger side of the building. The other side will be closed until upgrades and repair work can be completed. Due to less space and tubs available in the facility we will have to change our days/hours of operations. We may have to switch appointments days/times around so groomers have a space to work. This could possibly cause delays in grooming and pick up times as we try to work around eachother. Thanks for everyone's kind words and patience over the last month with our issues. Lilibet would like to thank everyone for the belly rubs she's been getting as the greeter ❤

Everything is ok at the shop. We did have a minor issue with our electrical and had the fire department in to check it. Unfortunately at this time until the landlords have a certified electrician come in we will be closing the spa to appointment for both the staff and animals safety. We appreciate everyone's patience while we deal with this matter.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we are still experiencing technical difficulties. Bell was in to do some repairs to the outside lines but we still have no working phone lines. We will taking a much needed break. The staff will be coming in for existing appointments only. The Spa will be back to full working hours on Jan 9th, 2024 and will return calls and messages then.
