Ascent Stairworks Inc. is looking for a full time employee to join our team! We work mostly with new home builders to make custom prefab stairs. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is punctual and takes direction easily. Construction back ground of any kind is an asset.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Using different power tools such as table saws, chop saws and drills
• Measuring, cutting and assembling stairs
• Being able to problem solve and follow a plan

This position is Monday – Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Our shop is located in Emerald park so the right candidate must have reliable transportation.

Meet the Team Monday! 👋🏻 ....Ever wondered who is behind this whole operation? 😎

This is Marty, and his sidekick Oliver! 🐕

Raised right here in Regina, construction took Marty out West for a few years - but he found his way back to , and opened a stair shop (having never built a set of stairs in his life). 🔨

He never dreamed he’d own a dog either, or open dog kennels.... 🐶 👀

But after Oliver showed up in his life, and the stair shop hit a slow season, that’s when The Dawg House was born! 🎉 Marty still runs the stair shop, so if you’ve ever been out to The Dawg House, you’ll see Ascent Stairworks in one half of the building, and the kennels in the other half!

Marty is always game for a new idea, and is working hard to bring some exciting additions to The Dawg House very soon! 🙌🏻 Grooming services, a new storefront....what else does The Dawg House need?! 👇🏻 Tell us in the comments!!

Gracie suffered from what we believe to be a Spinal Stroke on Saturday morning while out running in a field. This has left her with no use in her hind legs or tail so she is in need of a wheelchair to continue to live her life to the fullest! ♥️⠀

Auction Rules:
