Hard to get pictures of calves, When the fall grazing is so high. Nice to actually have good fall grazing for once.

Summers been busy as always! We brought the girls home yesterday. Weaning will be here before we know it. Calves are looking good! Brill was chillin between loads!

Brill & I went to check the cows this morning, it’s a hot one out there already so I can’t say I blame them for cooling off on the water! Of course Brill had to go in to pet his cow. The pastures are sure in nice condition right now!

4-H shows & sale are complete for Brill. He puts a lot of work sweat & tears into his calves & it really show! Both of his calves are home raised off the only two commercial cows we kept for his 4-H projects.

Calves are done! Breeding is done! Cows are all out to summer pastures, and this kid is getting pretty darn handy helper around here!

Calves got weaned yesterday! They all weighed up really well but this guy sure topped the scale for Brill. Thanks Mike for helping lyle as I had to just watch yesterday.
