On November 19 I lost Noah, my long-hair dachshund. He is the second fur-kid I have lost to kidney failure and it’s not always detectable until it’s too late. The goal for Noah’s Bark — Kidney Rescue Initiative is to raise funds to help pet owners in our community who may not have the means for blood diagnostics during these difficult times. If successful, this initiative may grow to expand its level of support. From now until December 30, 100% of the sales from our hand-printed Merwiener Tea Towel along with any donations received through our online store will go completely to Noah’s Bark. Noah and his love of the ocean were the inspiration behind this tea towel design—a mermaid crossed with a wiener dog seemed very ‘him’. He was an avid sailor, paddle boarder, and splash chaser! We are so excited and comforted that his name may go on to save some furry lives and at the very least comfort some grieving owners ❤️
