I was going to make a monthly post on the total amount raised, but we just hit the first mark today, and I just had to share the great
news....
Grand total is - $195.00
Cost of the first neuter is - 190.00

WE MADE IT!

The first dog goes for his final boosters on July 4th, and hopefully I can get him in for the next spay neuter clinic schedule.

Nothing like a community coming together to help their own. Once we " clean up our own backyard" than we can move onto surrounding areas.

I don't know about you guys, but I would have unplugged it right away and called a tow truck and maybe the fire dept, lol. Heck might as well through in an ambulance too, cause by then, I would be in a full blown panick attack! And yet this guy gets back in the car... lol I think we are both at the same extent, just opposite sides of the scale! Lmbo!

NOVA'S photo shoot... what a sweet gal she is. She is the first to practice her stay command while I took pics. She is calm, quiet, loving and gentle. She will be an easy groomer. She is one of the smartest in the litter. And boy, does she love her belly rubs! She would be a great babysitter / child guardian, ESD, or personal protector. She is just like her Daddy in friendliness, and a big hug stealer. She is loyal and will take any job you give her seriously, just like her Daddy. When I let them in the house for their meals, she let's everyone go and eat while she stays with me till I tell her to go eat. Everyday, every meal, like clockwork. She is one that thrives on routine.

ZEUS'S photo shoot. He was a hard one to get good pics of. He is an active pup, taking after his mom for energy needs. If mom had any mini me, it would be Zeus. He would be a good pup for an active family and or an ESD. He is sensitive to emotions and is very alert to sounds snd movements, so could double as a watch dog.

Thought I would take an updated pic of Panther for you all, but he is such a ham!!! It's not hard to tell why he is the male pick of the litter. With his upbringing, his early life stimulation exercises and now basic obedience coming along very well, I wouldn't sell him for 2 grand at this point.. needless to say, he is with me for live. Can you ever see Duke in him for a few of the pics.

It has taken 2 days to write up individual ads for all the puppies. Have a look if you have the time... Please share to get the information out there. I guarantee nobody will find better quality of pups at a price as low as mine. You all know how well they have been raised. Any criticism is appreciated in a private message please. So these are the only ones that are left, the rest are pending till I get deposits. I must say, as my time with them is coming to an end, this has been the easiest litter to raise out of all the breeds and litters I have had the pleasure to welcome into my home over the last 35 years. I sure will miss them!

Be informed when you place a Kijiji ad.

I paid extra for a top ad, but didn't notice that they only place 6 top ads on the page. IF people want to see more, there is a really TINY link called " see more" under the 6th one, which than opens a page with all the rest of the top ads that were paid for. So technically, if someone doesn't see that small link for more top ads, ( and I have never noticed that link in the 15 years I have been with them according to them but I bought my stang and my first mobile home from Kijiji back in 2000, so you cant even trust the info about you that they give others in the ABOUT SELLER section.) than they will miss all the rest of the top ads. So this means, my top ad is hidden and regular ads are seen more than the rest of the top ads. Never will I ever pay for a Top Ad again. and I advise everyone else to do the same.... or at least if you do, go to the faq page first and learn what tricks Kijiji uses to get more money from you. I just checked on my phone to see if it was different, and it is.... there is NO see more button at all !!! so that means that anybody using the phone app for Kijiji won't see the other 20 or more top ads... And since they claim to rotate the top ads so they all get seen, that means mine will be hidden, till it gets rotated into one of the 6 spots! Total rip off!

OMG i just went back to Kijiji because it wasn't display the right picture, and THEY changed the birthday for the pups!!! says they will be ready to go to new homes tomorrow!!!! I can't stand incompetency..... guess who I will be contacting today!

Ready to up your game? Get yourself a one of a kind, colored Pyrenees (75%). Excellent at camouflaging in the bush. Very smart and Loving, unlike most Great Pyrenees. If your just looking for a doodle for personal companionship or protection, then look no further. These guys and gals are brave and devoted to their owners. Unlike other big dogs, or doodles, these guys don't have a need for a lot of exercise. They like to conserve their energy to use it for protection. They don't waste it, being goofy and playful like a normal doodles. These Doodles, are laid back, and just content to be by your side, wherever that should take them. The mother doubles as my therapy dog, and does a great job of helping me out when I need it. For example.... When I require my puffer, all I have to do is cough and she is right by my side, and if her harness is on, I have access to my puffer. They are very sensitive to human emotion.
Completed ENS and ESI. The parents have great stable temperaments, and are calm and patient and loving. Very good at intimidation. Both parents are on site. Unlike other protection dogs, the Pyredoodle doesn't have to resort to aggression to get it's point across. And unlike other protection breeds, the Pyredoodle and the Poodle and the Great Pyrenees have no stigma associated with them. They are not on any ban list, and in all of history for dog bites, there was only 1 dog ( GP Mix ) that has caused any injuries or death in all of history! They are known for their quiet demeanor, and non aggressive temperament. But in the same breath, they will die to protect their flock/ herd or humans.
Here at Windy Meadows, I breed dogs for a purpose. My goal is to consistently get tri - colored and Brindle 100% GP. This litter is a step in that direction. I have a variety of colors... ( Cream, Tri- Colored and Brindle) and pure white. Not only did the poodle outcross add color, it also helps to illuminate hereditary conditions, as the poodle and the GP don't share the same hereditary conditions, which makes these little guys pretty healthy long term. The other advantage to having the GP outcrossed to a Standard Poodle, is that they add intelligence to an already smart breed, but with less stubbornness, easier to train, and not as wary to strangers and strange dogs. It is with great sadness that because of health issues, I will no longer be accepting new clients. I will continue to groom for my current clients, as long as I can. I just want to thank everyone for putting their trust in me to take great care of their pets while in my care. It has been a great pleasure to serve North Bay, Redbridge , Thorne, and Mattawa and every town in between, for the last 23 years.
