Around a month ago I had started writing a upbeat post to send out some info to our clients and followers, only to have our world suffer a great loss.
Travis's Dad, Rob Beaton, passed away suddenly Aug 3rd.
We will miss him dearly and its a loss felt by everyone who ever met the man.
Travis had started a new job in July south east of Calgary pursuing some of his goals and we were making the transition to move south. He's so thankful to have been closer to his dad, who lived in Nanton, and to have spent the last month of weekends with him.
I (Kelsey) have to send a huge Thank You to my clients who have been amazingly understanding and patient as I dropped everything up north to be with Travis during this time. Also, to my Momma for taking care of all the things up north!
We are still taking things week by week, day by day, as there is so much to do, and I'm not sure when I'll be North again at this time.
As it seems to go, everytime you think you have things planned out, plans change. I'll touch base with everyone as time allows.
Thank you again everyone for your kindness as we muddle through this new stage of life. 💜

We are loving being able to do lessons at home! The flexibility with hours, the sunshine, the not having to haul makes for happier horses! Also doesn't hurt to have the cutest furry helpers during lessons! Currently in our temporary pen till the sand comes for the outdoor arena, but the pasture makes for a nice ride.

This past weekends Intro to Obstacles Clinic can be summed up into one word... WOW!
What an amazing group of diverse people and horses all coming together to learn! It was truly an honor to have you all come and listen to us ramble on.
Soo much positive change in every single horse from the time you walked in Saturday morning to the time you walked out Sunday afternoon. I know I can say for myself that my brain is exhausted but my heart is full.
Thank You to the Connollys for the continued support, the amazing lunches, and hosting this clinic!
