We are happy to announce our new Onebarkaway loyalty program. All clients are automatically entered in during booking and will start receiving points. You'll receive a notification when booking that shows how many points you have accumulated. Once you have enough points you can use those points for a free groom or you can gift a groom to family or friends.

Hi everyone! As things get much busier I would like to reintroduce myself for those of you who don’t know me. My name is Kellie and I am a Certified Professional Animal Groomer of 5 years, and I groom dogs of all breeds and all sizes. I also am very experienced in grooming dogs who are anxious for their groomings. Unfortunately I no longer groom cats but I still do cat nail trims! I moved here on May 2 of this year and began mobile grooming and I have been loving every minute of it 😊 I look so forward to seeing my precious clients everyday. I want to thank you all for being patient with me as I have learned my way around the city and surrounding areas, and as I have learned to maneuver the trailer! We have encountered an issue where Facebook is giving clients the option to book appointments. We currently don't use any booking software, kellie books all of her appointments herself. Biscuit had her first Puppy groom this morning and she did fantastic! Puppy’s first groom is the determining factor for how the rest of their grooming experiences will go. With all of the brand new sounds and sensations the puppy will experience, we like to take it slow the first time. What does a first groom entail? A bath, blow dry, a paw pad shave and sanitary trim to introduce them to the sound and feel of the clippers, a nail trim, an ear cleaning, and light trimming around the eyes and paws to introduce them to the sensation of scissors. They get a full haircut on the second grooming session, this way of doing things ensures success for all the future groomings. 🥰

Good afternoon,

If we have not contacted you to add you to kellies schedule, don't panic! She arrived to alberta last night and will be in the hat for Saturday. Once she's in medicine hat we will be sitting down and focusing on getting everyone booked. Between Saturday afternoon and Sunday we should have everyone who was interested booked up!

As for waste pick-up, I apologize for not getting those totals to you, I've been on autopilot these past few month's and focused on getting the grooming side of things up and running. I'll send a payment reminder with totals on Saturday to those owing.

A big thank you to all our clients who have been patient while we get everything sorted out! And a big thank you to kellie who's going to be jumping in with both feet starting Monday!
