Update for Cat Grooming
Dear valued clients I always want to be able to provide you and your pets with the best service and care possible in order to do this, I need to occasionally raise my prices to keep everything in balance. With increasing prices of products and now with over head I have had to raise my prices. I appreciate your understanding and I thank you for choosing me to care for your pets!

I require 24 hours notice. I’m almost at the point that I’m going to take prepayments before I book repeat offenders.

Dear valued customers, we have observed an uptrend in late cancellations and no-shows. To ensure fairness, we are implementing a cancellation fee of 50% of the groom's cost for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Repeated instances will require full payment for missed appointments, payable when scheduling your next appointment.
